Booking & Payment Details

• $200 per cabin deposit is required to reserve your cabin.  This deposit is non-refundable.  A refundable deposit option is available but results in a higher cruise fare.
• February 2, 2020 is the final payment due date for all bookings made prior to that date.  Any new bookings made after February 2, 2020 will require full payment up front.
• Vacation Protection will be offered during the proposal phase.  Details on Princess Vacation Protection options can be found by clicking here.  You will have the option to accept or decline protection during the booking process.  Princess Vacation Protection pricing starts at 8% of your cruise fare.

Traveling to Los Angeles

The Royal Princess will depart from the Port of Los Angeles located in San Pedro, CA.  San Pedro is approximately 22 miles south of the Los Angeles International Airport.  The Long Beach Airport (LGB) is approximately 14 miles away from the Port of Los Angeles.

The #1 recommendation is to arrive the night before the sailing to ensure that flight issues do not prevent you from boarding.  If you are flying into LA the same day as the ship departs, I recommend booking the 1st flight out in the morning.  The ship usually begins boarding around 11am at which point you can begin using that Premier Beverage Package right away!
