Mainstage Travel's Getaway & Give fundraising program is simple. Book your next vacation with Mainstage Travel and we will make a donation on your behalf to ORGANIZATION. The more you travel, the more we give!
How it works

You Book
3 - 4 night air & hotel vacation package 5 - 6 night air & hotel or cruise vacation 7+ night air & hotel or cruise vacation |
Mainstage Travel gives
$15 to ORGANIZATION $25 to ORGANIZATION $75 to ORGANIZATION |
- Starting with the 11th booking for the organization, an additional $10 will be given per booking.
- Starting with the 21st booking for the organization, an additional $25 will be given per booking for a total of $35 additional per booking.
- Bookings with Preferred Accommodations receive a $15 Preferred Booking Bonus.
Including bonuses, a booking could result in up to $125 being given to the organization!

Preferred Incentive - Member with the most number of bookings with Preferred Accommodations
- Organization must achieve at least 20 bookings before Booking incentives will be issued.
- 1st through 3rd place incentives are not combinable. Place winners can also qualify for the Preferred Accommodation incentive.
- Donation amount is calculated as base donation and Preferred Accommodation Bonus only. Booking quantity bonus amounts are not included when calculating donation amount for incentives

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Bookings must be made and deposited between DATE and DATE.
- Travel must be completed by DATE.
- Bookings must contain at least two (2) passengers over the age of two (2).
- Hotel portion of Air & Hotel bookings must be at least $150 per night before taxes and the rate must be commissionable.
- Changes after initial booking may result in booking becoming ineligible for participation in the Getaway and Give Program.
- Bookings must be initiated via online booking form located here and completed with Mainstage Travel.
- Mainstage Travel LLC has the sole discretion to determine whether a booking qualifies for the Getaway and Give Program.
FAQS
Can I book with my own Travel Agent and still participate in the program?
- In order for bookings to qualify, they must be booked my Mainstage Travel. Our goal, however, is not to "steal" clients from other agents so we suggest that you ask your agent to make a donation equal to that which would be given with the Getaway and Give Program.
- Mainstage Travel does have an online booking engine; however,in order to qualify for the program, packages need to be booked by us. Additionally, consulting with us allows us to choose the best supplier among our network to provide you with the best value.
- No. The price we present to you for your vacation will not be marked up in order to provide the donation. As a travel agent, we have access to a multitude of suppliers that allow us to provide the same the price you might be able to find on your own.
- Donations will be made approximately 4 - 6 weeks after each booking has traveled.
- First, you should consult your tax professional for official advise on this question. You will pay travel providers and/or tour operators directly for travel goods and/or services. These providers are not typically charitable organizations. You will be recognized as the traveler for the donation provided by Mainstage Travel to the organization.
- Philanthropy is in our spirit at Mainstage Travel. If we can provide outstanding service to our clients and give back, it's a no-brainer that we are going to do just that.
